Thank you for your interest in our survey!
We want to better understand the global compensation landscape for current trust and safety professionals. Our end goal is to create a sharable resource that will enable trust and safety professionals (like you!) to assess their own performance.
Note: Participation in the survey is voluntary and open to all trust and safety professionals, regardless of their affiliation with the Trust and Safety Professional Association (TSPA) or the Trust and Safety Foundation. Neither TSPA nor TSF have individual or corporate members. The survey does not ask for any pricing information or other future forecast information and is not intended to enable respondents or those affiliated with TSPA or TSF to engage in price fixing or any anti-competitive activities.
Survey data will be collected and processed in a manner designed to prevent re-identification, including through the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other analytical tools. Those who review the survey results must not use, analyze, or reverse engineer the survey or survey results, including by using artificial intelligence or algorithms, for any such purposes. All reported data will reflect compensation information as of a reference date that is at least three (3) months prior to the date of publication.
