School Year 2025-26 Credit Recovery Registration

For Adult Education Credit Recovery classes only.

Registration for credit recovery students currently enrolled in a local high school age 16 or older as of September 1, 2025. Students must have recommendation from high school counselor.

Registration fee and tuition information may be found on the Warren Woods Adult Education website under "Credit Recovery".

To complete the form, you MUST click "Submit Registration" at the bottom of the form.
