What is this survey about?
Volunteering can be a great way to get involved, meet people and make a difference. But we understand it isn’t easy for everyone. That’s why we want to hear from people from Global Majority communities (i.e. people of African, Asian, indigenous, Latin American, or mixed-heritage background), who are not currently volunteering or who would like to volunteer but haven’t started yet.

This survey is for people who are not currently involved in volunteering. It's your opportunity to share your views and ideas on volunteering; the challenges people face when thinking about volunteering, and what could make it easier.

Your answers will form part of Adferiad's latest research project, funded by Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA). This project explores who volunteers in Wales, who doesn't, and why, with a particular focus on inclusion and accessibility for people from Global Majority Communities.

The findings will be used to create an Evidence & Action Guide to support more inclusive volunteering practice across Wales.

The survey takes approximately 6 minutes to complete.
