The City of Sunset Hills is in the process of creating a comprehensive ADA Evaluation and Transition Plan.  The Plan is mandated by Title II of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).  The Plan will provide guidance on future construction needs to make the City accessible to all citizens.  A critical element of the Plan is gathering public feedback on the pedestrian routes and travel habits of citizens and visitors.  This information will be used to prioritize pedestrian elements within the City.  The plan includes an inventory of all existing sidewalks and curb ramps on the City right-of-way.
