The 2026 Sports Star Awards will be held on Wednesday 16 September.
The nomination period opens on Friday 1 May 2026 and closes Wednesday 1 July 2026.
Achievements that took place during the 12-month period from Tuesday 1 July 2025 to Tuesday 30 June 2026 are eligible for nomination.
Nominees must give their permission to be nominated. Before making a nomination please confirm with the nominee that they agree to share their information for this purpose.
Before completing this form, please make sure you have two photos ready for upload, as nominations cannot be submitted without them. If you wish to include additional supporting information, such as media reports or club data, please have this ready too.
