South Logan TOD Project Questionnaire
The City of Spokane is planning for housing and mixed-use, transit-oriented development (TOD) along the City Line, Spokane's first bus rapid transit route. Your response to the following questionnaire will help us start to develop a focused vision for the future of the South Logan area to create a walkable and vibrant sense of place. This survey is one way to help shape the planning process by hearing from people who live, work, go to school, and frequent places in the area.
The South Logan Transit-Oriented Development Project will develop a framework and strategies for the area, review zoning around transit, and study environmental impacts of planned development to help streamline the permitting process. We encourage you to continue your participation by visiting the South Logan TOD Project webpage to learn more about upcoming activities and to follow along the planning process. Connect with the project by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The South Logan area is part of the Logan Neighborhood and the University District. The study area is generally south of Mission Avenue to the Hamilton Street Bridge, and between Ruby Street and the Spokane River. It includes Gonzaga University, the new UW/GU Health Partnership, the Hamilton Street Corridor and local businesses, and the the Centennial Trail among other destinations. See map below for overview.
