Invitation to Participate in the Business Analysis Work Activities Survey! The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) is conducting a work activities survey of business analysis professional roles to better understand the activities, knowledge, and skills needed for competent performance.

Need CDUs? IIBA credential holders will earn 10 Continuing Development Units (CDUs) towards recertification by completing and submitting the survey.
The survey will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete, will remain open from
March 12 to March 19, 2026, and contains the following sections:
- Professional information
- Business analysis activity scales and legend defined
- Business analysis activity statements (Groups One to Seven)
- Demographic information
- Other comments
Confidentiality: All responses to this survey will be kept confidential. Demographic information will be coded and anonymized, and data will be reported only in the aggregate. The results may be used to inform enhancements to IIBA products and services.
Completing Your Survey: The survey can only be completed once per person. If you can’t complete it in one sitting, re-access it at any time (using the same device) by clicking the link from the survey invitation e-mail.
