Optional video
Creating engaging video content is an important part of modern mountain biking and one of the skills Shimano NEXTgen ambassadors will have the opportunity to develop throughout the program. As an ambassador, you'll learn how to share your riding experiences, tell authentic stories, and create content that inspires others to get involved in the sport.

As part of your application, you may choose to submit a short video introducing yourself. This is completely optional and is not required to be considered for the program. We understand that applicants will have different levels of experience and confidence when it comes to creating video content.

If you would like to submit a video, please keep it between 60 and 90 seconds in length and use any format that works best for you. This could be a simple phone-recorded introduction, a riding edit, a social media reel, or a combination of both. We are not looking for professional production quality—we simply want to learn more about who you are, your passion for mountain biking, and why you would like to be part of Shimano NEXTgen..
