Service Scan 2026: Organizations Supporting Temporary Foreign Workers and Vulnerable Workers in BC

Introduction

Thank you for participating in our survey. Your input is important.

About the Project

In April of 2020, AMSSA launched the project "Increasing Capacity to Support Temporary Foreign Workers in BC," funded by WorkSafeBC. The objectives of this project are to:
  • Expand knowledge of WorkSafeBC processes and its role in workplace health and safety among organizations and individuals providing support to Temporary Foreign Workers (TFWs) in British Columbia.
  • Increase the capacity of organizations and individuals providing WorkSafeBC-related supports to TFWs through resource creation addressing WorkSafeBC training needs.
Now in the program's seventh year, the current survey is intended to assess the ongoing challenges, best practices and training needs of individuals and organizations who provide support to TFWs in BC. The results of this survey will be used to develop resources to support service providers, as well as provide an insightful snapshot of the TFW support sector in BC.

This project is funded by WorkSafeBC.
