The estimated costs shown in the survey are rough figures provided by Facilities. They are intended solely to give a general sense of scale for each proposed improvement. Please do not interpret these numbers as final budgets or funding commitments. Importantly, improvements don’t mean special assessments. Projects are typically funded through our $18 million reserve fund or long-term financing, minimizing the impact on dues.
