Introduction

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback regarding Regina Public Schools' Supplemental Learning Plan. This survey asks you to reflect on your experience as a student learning from home or as a parent/caregiver supporting home learning. 

Data from this survey will be used to inform planning for future models of home learning in case home learning is offered again at some point in time. The ultimate goal is to provide the best possible learning experiences for all students.

All responses are anonymous and no personal data is collected through this survey. 

This survey will close Tuesday, June 30th, 2020 at midnight.
