AI in PR and Communication Management — Global Alliance 2026

This annual survey, conducted by the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management in partnership with the Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence (CSCE) and Reputation Lighthouse, is the 2026 edition of our Reimagining Tomorrow research series—an annual study exploring how PR and communication professionals responsibly navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

This year's edition goes beyond adoption to examine the profession's growing role in responsible AI leadership—from governance and accountability to ethical practice, disclosure, and the reputational stakes that sit at the heart of what we do.

Your responses will directly inform the Global Alliance's Guiding Principles for Ethical and Responsible AI and the Responsible Communication Movement, and will be published in the Reimagining Tomorrow 2026 Report.
