This research is exploring how Realtors decide what matters in their businesses, what they intend to do, what they actually do, and what affects their ability to follow through consistently.

There are no right or wrong answers. Most agents have areas where their intentions and actions do not line up perfectly, and that is exactly what this study is interested in understanding.

This is not an evaluation of your performance. Responses will be analyzed in aggregate.

Some questions will ask you to focus on one specific activity in your business. Please answer based on your actual experience rather than what you think a Realtor is supposed to do.
