This survey asks both youth and adults about how safe they feel in the community and their thoughts on community safety. Some questions ask about violence and may feel sensitive. You can skip any questions you do not want to answer. Your responses are confidential and will take 5-7 minutes to complete. Please answer honestly. As an incentive for completing the survey, you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to receive one of thirty $25 gift cards.
