2026 Session Proposal: CPRA Annual Conference - October 21st-23rd, Breckenridge, CO

CPRA Conference Session Proposal Process:

Step 1: Fill out this session proposal form by EOD on Monday, March 16th.
Step 2: The CPRA Conference Committee will review all submissions and determine which sessions will move on in the approval process.
Step 3: If selected by the conference committee, you will be asked to fill out a more detailed session form which will be submitted for continuing education unit (CEU) approval.
Step 4: Should the CEU Approval Committee have any suggestions on edits/changes to your submission, you will be notified and given a deadline to make the recommended change(s). If they do not have recommended changes for your session, it will be given final approval to be included at the 2026 CPRA Annual Conference.
Please note that this form is only for breakout sessions. Keynote speakers are selected through a different process.

CPRA has a small budget to pay for speaker honorariums. If you require an honorarium to present this proposed session, please include the amount below. The proposals requiring speaker honorariums will be reviewed separately from the other proposals and decisions will be made based on proposal quality, session needs and budget requirements. No reimbursements will be issued to speakers.

CPRA Members - Per the association's Manual of Procedures, in most cases no compensation will be paid to CPRA
members for speaker fees, meals, transportation or lodging. Any exceptions to this must be approved by the Executive Director or Professional Development Manager.
