Survey to parents of primary school age children about The Primary Years Kete

Following the publication of Cerebral Palsy – Hōkai Nukurangi: The Early Years Kete, pictured, for the whānau of 0-5 year olds, the Cerebral Palsy Society is working on the next edition.
Cerebral Palsy – Hōkai Nukurangi: The Primary Years Kete
will be for the whānau of primary school age children (5-11 years) and will be a useful toolkit to share with teachers and school staff.

Along with the excitement and anticipation of starting school, preparing for this new adventure can also be daunting for children and their whānau.
With that in mind, we would like to know what you found helpful, what you wish you knew, and what you wish had been available to you for the start of school and throughout your child’s primary school years so far.
Your experiences will help families who are preparing to enter the school years and are already within the school system.

Please take a moment to answer our questions.

Your survey responses can be anonymous, but as a thank you for sharing your experiences, Cerebral Palsy Society families who provide us with their name and email address will go in the draw to win one of six $50 supermarket vouchers.
* This competition is open to Cerebral Palsy Society members only.

This survey will close on Tuesday, April 7.
