Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee (CFMT) is leading Press Forward Middle Tennessee, part of a national effort to strengthen local news and information. People rely on timely, fact-based information every day — especially about emergencies, health, education, transportation, job opportunities, the environment, civic life, and public decisions that affect their communities. This survey will help us understand how people across Middle Tennessee find and use that information, what they trust, and where gaps exist, so we can better support access to the information people need to stay safe, make decisions, and stay connected.
All responses to this survey will remain anonymous. Participation is voluntary, and there are no risks or benefits if you choose to participate or not. The information we learn from this may be used in future research.
Some participants may be under the age of 18. Parents or guardians who prefer that their child not participate may advise them to opt-out of the survey.
