This is the first porcupette born at Point Defiance Zoo in its 121-year history. The baby is thriving and growing behind the scenes at Wild Wonders. The prehensile-tailed porcupette, born August 17, now needs a name. Animal care staff have come up with three names to choose from. Now, it's up to you to vote for your favorite! Voting closes on Wednesday, September 30, at 11 p.m., and we will announce the winning name later that week.
