ATF PO Closure Exception Form

INSTRUCTIONS: Review the ATF PO Clean-Up file. If you have a valid business justification for keeping a listed PO open, complete this form by end of day, Friday, October 3.

One form can be submitted for multiple POs if the same business justification applies to each PO.
Submit a separate form for POs with different business justifications.

Exceptions are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitters will be contacted no later than the week of October 6.
