Guidelines, Prizes and Contact Information

To enter, restaurant concepts must meet three guidelines:

1. Have at least one store open but no more than 10.
2. Must be no less than 6 months old and no more than 5 years old
3. And must share revenue and average sales data.

Submissions are due by June 14, 2019. Finalists will be announced July 15, 2019. There is no fee to enter.


Six finalists will be chosen to pitch their concept in front of an audience and a panel of experts during the 2019 Fast Casual Executive Summit on Oct. 15 in Austin, Texas. The winning pitch will receive a $5,000 cash prize and publicity via
