Welcome and thank you for joining us for our Pencil Push Supplies Drive!
We expect to see over 4,000 teachers in August and September, all of them ready to fill up their carts with supplies for their classrooms and we can only fulfill our mission with your help.
Please complete this signup form for us! We will reach out to you as soon as possible to help you set up your personalized Supply Drive for your company or organization or group (book clubs, churches, scouting troops, you name it! All are welcome to help!). You'll work with your team to collect essential items for our busy back-to-school season.
Below are the list of the top 8 items requested:
-Pencils
-Notebooks
-Crayons
-Dry Erase Markers
-Folders
-Disinfectant Wipes
-Facial Tissues
-Glue (sticks or bottles)
Other items--such as hygiene items, books in different languages, stickers, toys, and craft items--are of course welcome! We will provide you with a inventory sheet to keep track of how many of the top 8 items you collect.
What's next?
After you complete this form, we will reach out to help you set up your drive. You will need:
-Collection bin(S). We can provide you with one of if needed--but feel free to use anything on hand! Bonus tip: decorate it with the names of your favorite teachers or anything that will catch the eye of your team!
-Social Media/Flyers/Graphics to encourage others to donate to your drive! We can provide these if needed.
-Your virtual supplies drive page (if needed) . We'll set it up for you and you get to send it out to your friends and family and supporters!
-A timeline! Make a plan of how long you want your drive to go and when it starts and stops!
Keep an eye open for a Drop Off Day Signup Sheet. You'll schedule a time to bring all your items to 1800 E. 10th Street and we'll celebrate with you when you do!
