The NAPAHE Peer Connections Program is a six-month professional networking experience that connects members in one-to-one peer partnerships designed to foster relationship-building, professional growth, and mutual support.

Whether you're looking to expand your network, gain new perspectives, exchange ideas, or simply connect with someone who understands the unique challenges and opportunities of higher education, Peer Connections offers a valuable opportunity to build a meaningful professional relationship within the NAPAHE community.

What Is Peer Connections?
Peer Connections is not a traditional mentoring program. Rather than pairing a mentor with a mentee, participants are matched with a fellow NAPAHE member as professional peers. Each partnership is designed to create space for authentic conversations, shared learning, and ongoing connection.

Members will be matched based on information provided in the application, including professional interests, institutional characteristics, career experiences, and personal goals for participation.

A Structured Networking Experience
This year's program includes a refreshed, semi-facilitated format designed to help participants get the most from their experience.

Following a kickoff orientation, participants will receive a monthly Connection Guide featuring suggested discussion topics, reflection prompts, and conversation starters. The framework is designed to help peers move beyond introductions and build a stronger professional relationship over time.
