You are invited to participate in an online survey examining teachers’ experiences with de-streamed classes. The survey takes about 10-12 minutes to complete.
Participation in this survey is completely voluntary, and your responses are greatly appreciated. The survey is anonymous, and no identifying information (such as your name or other unique identifiers) will be collected.
Given that the survey is anonymous, once you click the "SUBMIT" button at the end of the survey, we are unable to determine which survey answers belong to you so your information cannot be withdrawn after that point. We will be collecting and using partial data, so if you choose to close the survey before completing it, your responses will be recorded.
