Stafford Apex Summer Meet 2024 - Officials Sign Up Survey

Thank you for choosing to volunteer at our gala it is much appreciated. Without officials like you these events would not take place.

SATURDAY 22nd & SUNDAY 23rd JUNE 2024

VENUE:

Freedom Leisure Centre, Lammascote Road, Stafford, ST16 3TA

It is requested that all clubs provide at least two licensed officials for each day and session please. Complimentary lunch/tea after the first main session and drinks will be provided both days.

Any club who provides 3 or more officials will receive 2 free coach passes for the weekend. For those without swimmers attending the gala mileage expenses will be paid.

Saturday

Session 1 - Start 12.30pm

Session 2 - Start 4pm should be no later than 7pm finish

Sunday

Session 3 - Start 9.30am

Session 4 - Start 1.30pm should be no later than 4.30pm finish

Please sign up by indicating the sessions you are available for and your qualifications and we will confirm nearer the gala your role.
