The North Oakland Community Coalition (NOCC) is working to reduce substance misuse and address mental health concerns among youth and adults in our community. Your completion of this survey will help create a better understanding of what is happening in our community. We will use this information to inform the planning of future coalition efforts.
The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 5 - 10 minutes to complete.
At the end of the survey, you will be directed to a final page where you will have the option to enter a drawing to win a $200 Visa gift card. Your entry in the drawing will not be connected to the responses you give on the survey. All responses remain anonymous. This drawing is our way of showing appreciation to participants who help us continue to meet the needs of families in Lake Orion and Oxford.
