NHVic Awards 2025 Application

Neighbourhood Houses Victoria will present sector awards in six categories:
Reducing Inequalities, Community Resilience, Climate Action, Gender Equity, Social Enterprise and Good Health and Well-Being.

Each category will have three finalists from which one will be selected as the award winner.

Criteria for these awards:
  • The Neighbourhood House must be a current full or associate Neighbourhood Houses Victoria member.
  • The Neighbourhood House must be a lead agency of the project (not a supporter of another organisation’s project).
  • The project must demonstrate significant community impact within the past 24 months (even if it was run prior to this timeframe). It may be an ongoing initiative, a one-time event or a completed program.
  • The project must be a community development project, and comply with the majority of the Neighbourhood House sector principles.
  • The project must not have been submitted for consideration under any other categories or organisations in this year's awards. Each organisation may only submit one application per category.
Please check on the next page for any additional criteria specific to the category.
