Consumer expectations have shifted over the last several years, and a comprehensive online experience is now an expectation for retail.

There has not yet been an exploration of this shift and its impact on the independent home improvement channel. In this survey, the North American Hardware and Paint Association asks retailers to share their approaches to e-commerce and overall digital presence.
