The North Central Regional Planning Commission (NCRPC) is seeking your input about North Central Kansas—including the 12-county region of Clay, Cloud, Dickinson, Ellsworth, Jewell, Lincoln, Marshall, Mitchell, Ottawa, Republic, Saline, and Washington.
