We want to ensure Maurice Zeffert Home has the best mix of independent living and residential care options for the Jewish community. To design these spaces to meet your needs, we'd like to hear from you.

This survey is not asking you to make any financial commitments; we are trying to understand what you or your family might want or need in the future. Your responses will help us to design options that will serve the Jewish community for the next 20 years and beyond.
This survey has two main areas of focus.
- Parts A/B are asking about Independent Living. This refers to self-contained apartments or villa units for fully independent seniors over 55 who want community benefits, security, and optional maintenance services while still living independently (also known as Retirement Living/Village).
- Parts C/D are asking about Residential Aged Care: This is referring to 24/7 nursing care at MZH, in single ensuite rooms for seniors needing assistance with daily activities, including specialised dementia support.
