Mill Creek Comprehensive Plan, New Climate Element with Resilience and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Subelements

The City of Mill Creek is updating its Comprehensive Plan to include a new Climate Element which will include a Resilience Subelement and Greenhouse Emissions Subelement. This effort looks at how increased weather conditions may affect the community and explores ways the City can plan to protect the community and over greenhouse gas emissions.

Your input will help the City better understand community priorities, needs, and ideas. The feedback collected through this survey will be used to shape policies and actions that support a safe, healthy, and well-functioning community for current and future residents.
