The MFAA is seeking to understand how diversity, equity and inclusion is experienced across the mortgage and finance broking industry, where progress is being made, and where further action or support may be needed.

- equity refers to fair access to opportunities and support, recognising that people may face different barriers; and
- inclusion refers to whether people feel respected, valued and able to participate and contribute.
