Guts UK, the national charity for the digestive system, and the Falk Foundation, an organisation that supports continuing education in the fields of gastroenterology and hepatology, have joined forces to better understand the experiences of people with microscopic colitis, a form of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

Symptoms of microscopic colitis can be severe and can have a significant impact on people’s quality of life. We want to explore the diagnosis and treatment experiences of people living in the UK.

Your input will help us to better understand what diagnosis and treatment looks like for those affected and will help inform our work, including influencing key policy and decision makers, educating the public and healthcare professionals about the condition, and funding research projects about microscopic colitis in the future.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. It is anonymous and data collected will be shared with and used by both Guts UK and Falk Foundation. For more information about our individual privacy policies, please contact comms@gutscharity.org.uk.

Please note, this survey is only for people who have a formal diagnosis of microscopic colitis.
