The Advancing Maricopa General Plan Update serves as the roadmap that guides how the City of Maricopa will grow and develop over the next 10 to 20 years. Starting on Monday, December 8th, 2025, the first draft of the Advancing Maricopa General Plan Update will be made available for public comment and feedback. The public comment period will remain open from then to collect responses and close at the end of the day on Friday, February 6th, 2026.
