Thank you for your interest in our survey to inform the future work of the Centre for Mad Culture UK.The Centre for Mad Culture UK provides a hub of information, creative engagement and community building for people with lived experience of madness and/or psychiatric services, as well as their family, friends and allies. We encourage mad pride and the framing of madness as a source of community, activism and solidarity.
In the survey we will ask you about your familiarity (or not!) with the mad movement, and how you might engage (or not!) with our future events. The questions are mostly tick boxes, and should take less than ten minutes to compete. The survey will close on Monday 23rd February.
The survey is completely
anonymous, we will have no idea who said what!
To thank you for your input, at the end of the survey you will be invited to enter a
prize draw to win a £30 book token.
The small printThis survey is being carried out by independent researcher Ruth Stevenson, in line with the Market Research Society code of conduct. At the end of the survey, you will be directed to a separate form where you can enter our prize draw.
