Lambton Kent District School Board MYSP Survey

The Lambton Kent District School Board (LKDSB) is looking for your feedback on creating its new Multi-Year Strategic Plan (MYSP). This short survey asks about your experience and goals as students, staff, parents, guardians, caregivers, and community members. The survey will remain open until May 22nd, 2026 at midnight.

What is the Multi-Year Strategic Plan (MYSP)?
The MYSP is the plan that ensures the Lambton Kent District School Board is on the path to ongoing improvement. It expresses values, sets commitments, and establishes priorities and goals for the next three-to-five years. It is like a compass for the entire learning organization.

Why Does Your Input Matter?
The MYSP development process is led by trustees and senior staff but strengthened by the lived experience and input of students, staff, parents, guardians, caregivers, and community members who ensure the new plan reflects shared values and authentic priorities. Survey responses, along with other consultation results, will be combined and analyzed to find themes that will be used to create reports and recommendations for the new MYSP. The renewed plan will be presented at a Board meeting in the fall of 2026.

Instructions:
This voluntary survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete. You can stop at any time. The answers you share are anonymous and not connected to your name or any school, and no names of individuals should be shared in your answers. Once you submit your answers, they cannot be changed.
