Denver Landmark Design Guidelines Phase 2 Update - Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)

Thank you for sharing your feedback! The Landmark Preservation Design Guidelines were initially developed through a public process from 2012 to 2014. Due to the evolving needs and the desire for greater flexibility, Landmark Preservation staff and the Landmark Preservation Commission recognize that the design guidelines need a comprehensive update.
