About Landcare Week

Landcare Week is an annual campaign celebrated during the first week of August (3-9 August, 2026) that acknowledges the Australians who are actively restoring, enhancing and protecting the natural environment in their community.
About the Landcare Week Survey

We are seeking input from people about their participation in landcare, with questions that seek information about what motivates them to volunteer and how does it make them feel. Anyone involved in landcare activities can complete this survey. We invite volunteers from landcare groups and other community-led environmental groups, landcare facilitators, First Nations Peoples, landholders, farmers, educators, researchers and academics involved in landcare activities to complete the survey.

This survey is being jointly delivered by Landcare Australia, Queensland Water and Land Carers, Landcare Association of South Australia, Landcare ACT and Landcare Victoria. The data and insights will provide information to these organisations to help our work to support the landcare movement. The survey will close on Tuesday 30 June, 2026.

This survey is anonymous and your information will be provided in confidence.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey, this should only take 10 minutes of your time.
