Welcome to the Knoco 2026 Global Survey of KM application - open until April 30th. The survey will provide a comprehensive overview of how KM is applied in organisations world-wide. It is based almost entirely on similar surveys from 2014, 2017, 2020, and 2023 in order to identify any trends and changes over the last 12 years.
The survey contains a core set of 53 questions plus 33 optional questions, and will take between 45 and 60 minutes to complete. We appreciate this is a long time, but this survey aims to be comprehensive, so we thank you in advance for your perseverance. Feel free to pause the survey and continue later if needed.
