Community Survey: Daylight Saving Time in Kenora

The City of Kenora is seeking public feedback on whether the community should continue changing clocks twice a year or adopt a permanent time system. Effective November 1, 2026, Manitoba will remain on permanent daylight saving time.

Your input will help Council understand local preferences, potential benefits, concerns, and impacts for residents, businesses, schools, health care, travel, recreation, and cross-border services.
