Every year, leaders from across the Federal Health technology and consulting sector come together to celebrate programs nominated and selected by their peers for driving innovation and results across Veterans Affairs, Military Health, Health and Human Services, and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. To submit a program for consideration, please complete the form below. You may reference publicly available information and links that showcase the program or project. Incomplete responses will be discarded.

The criteria includes - impactful leadership or mentoring/ driving technology and business transformation and modernization/ leading or embracing change management. The nomination review committee will be looking at each of these as something distinct and will score based on each.
