Community planning involves planning for the development of job centers, housing, schools, parks, sidewalks, public transportation and more. The purpose of this survey is to understand how discrimination in community planning affects the quality of life of Hillsborough County residents who are members of federally protected groups, including those protected by race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, disability, and English language proficiency. Our goal is to reshape community planning in Hillsborough County to reverse the impacts of discrimination.
