The Gateway to the Rockies Opioid Council (GROC) has received funding from the Colorado Opioid Settlement to support services related to opioid use and substance use. This funding can only be used for specific, state-approved purposes focused on reducing harm and supporting people and the community. These areas include prevention and education, harm reduction, treatment, recovery services, and criminal justice services.
Omni Institute (Omni) is gathering input from community service providers, partners, community members, and individuals with lived or living experiences with substances to help guide how these funds are used. Your feedback will help ensure that funding decisions reflect the real needs of people in Jefferson, Gilpin, and Clear Creek Counties and are shared fairly across the region. The results of this survey will also build on a review of existing services in the region and help shape future funding opportunities.
This survey asks you about your priorities for GROC funding. The survey takes roughly 5-15 minutes to complete. The length of the survey depends on how many service areas you choose. Selecting more areas will result in more questions and a longer survey overall. You can still share your funding priorities even if you choose not to answer questions about specific topic areas.
If you have any questions, please contact Omni at groceval@omni.org. Thank you for sharing your time and perspective - your input is important!
