Grade 1 View is the podcast for future CRNAs, by future CRNAs, sponsored by the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA) and presented by Beyond the Mask. AANA is seeking applicants for a first year student/resident CRNA to join the host team. Grade 1 View is a twice-monthly podcast with ~30 minute episodes. There is a 3-4 person host team that rotates hosting duties. Podcast topics are solicited by listener outreach and form available year round, and selected by the hosts and/or steering committee. Please note that the host position is a one-year term commitment (December 2025 - December 2026). Grade 1 View host team typically includes a first-, second-, and a third-year student/resident.
