Grade 1 View is the podcast for future CRNAs, by future CRNAs, a partnership between Beyond the Mask and the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA). Grade 1 View is a twice-monthly podcast with ~30 minute episodes. We are seeking SRNA/RRNA applicants for our second season host team. There is a 3-4 person host team that rotates hosting duties. Podcast topics are solicited by listener outreach and form available year round, and selected by the hosts and/or steering committee. Please note that the host position is a one-year term commitment (December 2025 - December 2026). Grade 1 View host team typically includes a mix of first-, second-, and a third-year students/residents.
