Kansas Breastfeeding Coalition has a reputation for hosting high-quality, well-attended conferences. Our conferences attract over 200 participants, including physicians, nurses, childbirth educators, lactation consultants, and other professionals from around the state who are dedicated to promoting maternal and child health and well-being. We anticipate even more participants at this year’s conference.

The Kansas 2026 Breastfeeding Conference will be held Oct. 15-16, 2026.

Location: Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview Wichita, 400 W. Douglas Ave, Wichita, KS 67202.

Sponsorship Opportunities & Fees:

The exhibit fee includes one 6’ table with a tablecloth and two chairs, as well as breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks on Thursday and Friday for one representative. Internet will also be available at no additional cost. Please note: exhibit space is not reserved until payment is received.

Exhibit Set up & Breakdown: Exhibitors may set up on October 15, 2026, beginning at 7 a.m. Exhibits will be open from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM on October 15 and 16. Exhibits must be removed by 5:00 pm on Oct. 16, 2026.

Cancellation Policy: Exhibits may be canceled, and the fee will be refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee, through 5:00 pm on October 4, 2026. After that time, no refunds will be made. Cancellations must be made in writing and mailed or emailed to the Kansas Breastfeeding Coalition at info@ksbreastfeeding.org.

Applications must be submitted by October 2, 2026.
