Introduction
Thank you for taking the time to fill out this questionnaire.
The data used at the initial NICE committee meeting on the 4th November 2025 to show the severity of side effects of chemotherapy was gathered at the start of the trial (i.e. when patients started chemotherapy) and not collected from those after some chemotherapy treatments had been given. We want to know more about your experience of the side effects of chemotherapy after several treatments. If you are the carer or family member of someone having treatment, please answer the questions as best you can from your perspective on the impact of treatment on your family member/friend - your views are important too.
