Introduction

We’re exploring how patients access GP services digitally and what support practices need to make this easier for everyone. This survey is for any GP practice staff member (clinical or non-clinical).

This engagement is designed to be practical and solution focused. We want to gather insight that leads to realistic improvements and helps teams deliver services more effectively within national and contractual limits. We understand that not everything is within your control and we won’t set expectations that practices can’t meet. Where wider system or national feedback is needed, we’ll make sure that’s passed on appropriately.


Your insights will help shape recommendations for local improvements, training, and support tools. Thank you for taking part.
