Apex Trials is conducting a randomized, open-label, parallel study to compare the effects of a healthy beef-centric diet to a healthy U.S-style diet on inflammation and other metabolic health outcomes in people with metabolic syndrome or pre-diabetes.
The study will involve a total of 4 visits to our clinic (located in Guelph, Ontario) with 1 phone call visit over of 5-10 weeks. This study is compensating up to $400 for your time and travel to the clinic. Total compensation will be pro-rated based on visits completed.

If you are interested in participating in this study, the following questions will help us determine if you qualify. Please provide complete and honest answers to the questions to ensure this study is a good fit for you. All information collected will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your permission except as required by law. The questionnaire will take approximately 3 to 8 minutes to complete.
