CWA Board of Directors Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the CWA Board of Directors. Having a wide range of voices from across our industry helps the CWA oversee strategic approaches to maintain the health of our industry.

Candidates will be considered across a broad spectrum of factors, including skill set, geography, facility size, role in the industry, and more. Note: the board is looking for those experienced in all facility sizes, including single gym operators.

Board members can expect to contribute 8-10 hours per month to board work.

The timeline for the 2025 CWA board recruiting cycle is as follows:

Now-Early September, 2025: board applications open
September 2025: applicants will be contacted regarding potential next steps
Fall 2025: applicant interviews
December 2025: new board members announced
January 2026: new board members begin
