IMPORTANT Conference Information
  • The Preparing the Workforce of Tomorrow CTE Conference will take place at the ESC 19 state-of-the-art Starlight Event Center. Click HERE for venue details. The conference is scheduled for Thursday, June 18, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • To learn more about sponsorship levels, Click HERE and visit the SPONSOR tab.
  • The booth area includes one traditional picnic long table or two 18" x 72" tables and two chairs. Additional booth space is available upon request, subject to an additional fee and availability.
  • Every organization is allotted up to three representatives per exhibitor area. Each representative receives complimentary breakfast and lunch along with all conference attendees. If more than three representatives will attend from your organization, email Dr. Oscar Carrera at ocarrera@esc19.net. An additional $100 dollars will be charged per representative.

  • Sponsor commitment and payment due, Friday, May 1, 2026
  • Logo files due asap upon registration. Please email it to ocarrera@esc19.net (Logo must be a high-resolution and PNG format)
  • If providing "swag" for Swag bags, items must be received by, Friday, May 15, 2026
  • Platinum Sponsor breakout title and description due, Friday, May 1, 2026

Exhibitor Shipping & Setup
  • One traditional 6-foot picnic table OR two 18" x 72" tables and two chairs are included per exhibitor space.
  • Setup window: Wednesday, June 17 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (no Thursday morning setup).
  • All shipped materials will be available for pickup starting at 1:00 p.m. in the Sunset Room on Wednesday, June 17.
  • Wi-Fi and electricity will be available for all exhibitors.
  • Exhibitors are encouraged to bring a 50-foot extension cord and floor tape if their booth setup requires power
  • On-site contact information will be shared the week before the event for setup support.

Important
  • Shipments must not be sent directly to the Starlight Event Center.
  • Improperly labeled shipments or shipments without documentation may be delayed.
  • Materials will be transferred to the Sunset Room and released to exhibitors beginning at 1:00 p.m. on June 17, so setup can begin immediately.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash, and check.

Ways to make payment:
  • Visit the School Zone store in person at Education Service Center Region 19 and state that you want to pay the sponsorship fee for the 2026 CTE Conference. Share the amount and level.
  • To pay with a Credit Card Authorization form, click HERE to download and complete the form, then email it to ocarrera@esc19.net.
  • To pay online with a credit card, visit: Click HERE | Create a free Click & Learn account by selecting “New Users – click here to create an account” under the “Sign In” button.
  • To pay by check, make checks payable to ESC Region 19 with the memo “CTE Conference 199…353” and mail to:
