By proceeding, you understand and agree to the following:
  • The data collected in this survey will be tabulated for the sole purpose of the 2023 Creative Earners Report, which will be publicly available.
  • My data is confidential and anonymous. I will be given the option to provide my email address to enter draws and completion incentives. This is a voluntary step and, if completed, my email address will be separated from my responses to protect the anonymity of my answers.
  • Comments I submit may be selected for anonymous use in articles or social media posts.
